Our service user’s needs vary from assisting with personal care, meal preparation to shopping and light housework and we also provide palliative care in the community. Our aim is to support our service users with these tasks while maintaining their dignity and independence. It is a very fulfilling job but does require dedication and a professional way of working. What we do is so important to people’s lives and we like to treat our service users and staff as our family.

Overview of

work life

We start as early as 7am and finish no later 9:30pm. We provide your DBS, training, uniform and support you every step of the way. We pay staff mileage, travel time, bank holidays at double time and we can guide you to progress to Diplomas in Health & Social Care.

We pride ourselves in offering flexible working hours and have a team of different carers with different shift patterns to suit their life! As well as this, we promote a healthy work life balance. This means only rostering you to work in your given availability, not rostering you for your regular weekends or evenings off.
