Personal Care

Help with your whole morning routine or just someone to give you that confidence with your personal care, we are here to help.

Light Housework

In all of our calls we will do some light house work. putting laundry on or out to dry, washing up, hoovering, wiping down the sides, emptying bins.

Medication

Our staff are specially trained in medication administration and can administer it, or give a gentle reminder at the right time.

Companionship

Isolation is very real. We offer companion calls, whether that’s staying in at home, or supporting you to access your community.

Meal Preparation

Our carers are all trained in food hygiene and can help with meals and assisting when it comes to eating too.

Physical Disability

If a physical disability appears, not knowing where to start or how to adapt is common. We support people in making changes to remain independent

Shopping

Not everyone can get to the shops or have someone to rely on that can do their shopping for them.

Security Calls

Living alone can have risks and having reassurance from us popping in can make all the difference for individuals and their families.

Who We Are

Founded in 2011 to serve our local community, North Shropshire Homecare is a family-run business owned and operated by Maggie Allen. Our mission is to provide you with the highest standard of care at home.

Over our 15 years of operation, our team has expanded steadily, allowing us to support more of our neighbours across Whitchurch, Wem, Prees, and the surrounding rural areas.
